Although she has posted photos on Instagram saying she is, NO, VH1’s Raquel “Raqi” Thunda is not Denise “Vanity” Matthews’ daughter. The posts are jokes but she does want to let the RZA and Dallas Jackson know that she’s the girl to fill Vanity’s role of Laura Charles if The Last Dragon is ever remade.
Check out her original instagram post she fooled a lot of people. There is definitely a resemblance to the 80’s beauty. If it was possible I think she could be the love child of Vanity and one of Prince’s other 80’s proteges- Apollonia; of Purple Rain and Apollonia 6 fame. What do you think?

Absolutely not! She in no way looks like Vanity. Just because she has long dark hair doesnt mean she looks like Vanity. She looks more like Appolonia than Vanity, and even that is a reach. I don’t know why she is trying so hard to pass herself off as Vanity bc she failed. Those pics don’t look anything like her.

Raqi Thunda is very pretty but i don’t think she looks like vanity, however, Shaniece Hairston (Evelyn Lozada’s daughter) does.
Wow come on who in the world would even come up with a question like that asking is raqi thunda vanitys daughter vanity is drop dead gorgious and surely could not pass for her mom or show any comparison. Also if raqi stood beside vanity wow vanity would only just make her look average.
